Safety first. Never climb onto a wet, damaged or steep roof. If there is fire, sparking wires or a ceiling about to collapse, leave the area and call 911.
Water is leaking insideDrips, wet ceiling, stains growing
- Put a bucket under the drip and move furniture and electronics away

FAQ
Questions homeowners ask us
Don't see yours? Text us a photo of the problem and we'll tell you what we think.
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. We inspect the roof and attic, take photos and explain what we find. There's no cost and no obligation.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. If hail or wind damaged your roof, we document it, meet your adjuster on site and help make sure the estimate covers everything that needs to be replaced.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes take one to two days, depending on size, pitch and how much decking needs replacing. Commercial projects are scheduled around your business hours.
Do you work in South Carolina?
Yes. We work throughout North and South Carolina, from Charlotte and the surrounding towns to jobs across both states. Call or text and tell us where the property is.
Do you do commercial and flat roofs?
Yes. We install and repair TPO and other flat-roof systems, and restore older flat and metal roofs with coatings when a full replacement isn't needed.
What if I have a leak right now?
Text (704) 488-5587 with your address and a photo. We'll get someone out to tarp or repair it as quickly as possible.
What happens after I contact you?
We call or text you back to set a time for the free inspection. On the visit we check the roof and attic, take photos and walk you through what we found. If you need work, you get a written estimate. If it’s storm damage, we explain the insurance process before you file.
Should I call my insurance company or you first?
Most homeowners call us first. A free inspection tells you whether there is real storm damage before you open a claim. If there is, we document it and can meet your adjuster on the day of their visit.
Can I send photos of the problem?
Yes. Attach photos to the request form or text them to (704) 488-5587. Photos from the ground or from inside the attic help us understand the problem before we arrive.
What about warranties?
The shingles and materials we install carry the manufacturer's warranty. Ask us about the workmanship coverage on your project when we give you the estimate.
